Introduction
Tele-law systems aid government agencies in meeting the often extreme demands of providing safety and service to the public community. Safer and more cost effective solutions to challenging concerns in courtrooms, sheriff’s offices, police stations, fire stations, and corrections facilities are accomplished using for example Polycom’s Judicial VSX Collaboration System that uses conferencing and collaboration technology in specialized judicial systems (Polycom, 2012)[1].
